Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At House of Rajwada, we take pride in the quality of our products. This policy outlines our terms for returns, exchanges, and cancellations to ensure clarity and transparency.

1. Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Certain products such as customized, altered, or discounted items may not be eligible for return. This will be indicated on the product page.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

2. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, please initiate the request within 7 days of delivery.
• Customers may need to bear the shipping charges for sending the product back and reshipping the exchanged item.

3. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Refunds

• Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
• Shipping charges, COD charges, and duties/taxes (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
